Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital in MT is seeking a Certified Nurse's Aide to join our 25-bed Critical Access facility. Under supervision, you will administer nursing care per individualized care plans and support our nursing philosophy.

Qualifications include MT CNA certification, high school diploma, current BLS, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. We offer a $5,000 discretionary sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and an equal opportunity workplace.

About the role

$5,000 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus

Under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager, the CNA administers nursing care to residents in accordance with a specific care plan devised for each individual resident according to Nurse Aide Guidelines. The CNA supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Nurse's Aide by the State of Montana.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
• Provide a current phone number .
• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
