Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in nutrition services required.
• Experience as stock clerk in comparable setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Ability to follow basic written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and stock supplies and food for Nutrition Services.
• Verify deliveries against orders and report discrepancies.
• Maintain par stock and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Use FIFO to store foods and ensure proper refrigeration.
• Provide professional customer service to patients and families.
• Assist with department training and interdepartmental projects.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
