Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a full-time Food Services assistant at our Towson hospital location. You will support the Food & Nutritional Services department by serving patient meals, maintaining unit inventories, recording temperatures, and keeping cold items prepared for patient meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–6 months of clerical or related work experience.
• Interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with a wide variety of staff and contacts.

• Maintain inventory and supply levels of snacks and supplies on patient units.
• Record temperatures of equipment on units.
• Maintain cold items for patient meals.
