Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a Nutrition Services Assistant to support patient and customer food service in Building B - St Marys Medical Center. This role includes food service, food preparation, inventory monitoring, dishwashing, cleaning, and stocking of food service areas, with duties in both patient service and general operations.

The position is 0.8 FTE with Day/Eve rotations and a 6:30 AM start time; weekends every other; holidays included.
