Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow standardized production methods and recipes.
• Experience with par stock levels and inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and production orders to determine type and quantities of food.
• Operate equipment and recipes for hot items and baked goods using standard methods.
• Monitor quality, taste, and temperature of foods; present hood foods neatly.
• Support menu ideas and marketing of Bake Shop items in the Dining Room.
• Maintain sanitation and order in storage areas and on the line.
• Assist with kitchen opening/closing duties and communicate with team.
• Perform other duties as required.
