Job summary

Corewell Health’s Nutrition Services team in Reed City Hospital is seeking a team member to support all aspects of patient meal service. You will assist with phones in the call center, assemble patient trays, clean and sanitize dishes and equipment, and deliver and pickup meal trays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains serving lines with dishes, silverware, and food items.
• Assembles patient trays with accuracy per dietary standards.
• Delivers trays to patients and verifies patient details for correct delivery.
• Operates cash register and handles payments accurately.
• Keeps work areas clean and sanitizes equipment and stations.
• Performs routine cleaning and dishwashing to maintain sanitary conditions.
