Under supervision, the employee performs basic food preparation and food service duties in support of café activities, including setting up serving areas, assisting with routine food preparation, serving food, restocking and maintaining supplies for the kitchen and café, daily and weekly sanitation, cashiering, washing dishes and related duties as assigned.
