Job summary

The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking hospitality-minded Nutrition Servers/Dietary Aides to assist in preparing and serving meals to residents in the health center.

You will work under the supervision of the Food Services Manager and Registered Dietician, helping set up and break down dining areas, transport foods, and maintain safe, sanitary workspaces while supporting the care team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in food and nutrition operations in a health care setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Food Services Manager and Registered Dietician, Dietary Aides assist in preparing and serving therapeutic diet meals, salads, and desserts in the health center
• Sets up and breaks down tables in health center dining rooms after meals
• Transports foods and supplies to and from the health center
• Maintains station equipment and work area in safe and sanitary condition.
• Works cooperatively with other food and beverage and nursing staff members in providing care and services to senior residents

Job description

Full-Time: $18/hr

Typical Work Schedule: 11am-7:30pm, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
