The Heritage at Brentwood is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Nutrition Servers/Dietary Aides to assist in preparing and serving health center residents. Somerfield Health Center is a 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility with 11 assisted living suites on the campus of The Heritage at Brentwood.

You will work under the supervision of the Food Services Manager and Registered Dietician to prepare and serve therapeutic diets, set up dining rooms, transport foods, and maintain safe,

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in food and nutrition operations in a health care setting preferred

Responsabilités

• Under the supervision of the Food Services Manager and Registered Dietician, Dietary Aides assist in preparing and serving therapeutic diet meals, salads, and desserts in the health center
• Sets up and breaks down tables in health center dining rooms after meals
• Transports foods and supplies to and from the health center
• Maintains station equipment and work area in safe and sanitary condition.
• Works cooperatively with other food and beverage and nursing staff members in providing care and services to senior residents

Typical Work Schedule: 11am-7:30pm, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
