The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking a full-time prep/line cook in Brentwood, TN. The position offers an hourly wage of $21 with a focus on high-quality food and southern hospitality for our senior residents.

Responsibilities include preparing all menu items under the guidance of the Executive Chef, maintaining a clean workstation, and coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure superb service and presentation. A strong emphasis on hygiene and safety is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience working as a prep/line cook in hotel, restaurant, country club or other similar industry

• Ensures consistent excellence in quality, temperature and presentation of all foodMaintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition

• Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment
• Works collaboratively and cooperatively with FOH to provide quality services to our residents

Typical work scheduled to be determined based on assignment
Kitchen closes by 8:00 pm most nights
