Job summary

Heritage Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Tecumseh, OK is seeking an entry-level Cook/Dietary Aide to support residents with meals and dining services. You will set up dining rooms, assist the cook team, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while delivering friendly, reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Store food safely and hygienically while working to prevent food spoilage
• Accurately record meals served and monitor food temperatures
• Clean assigned dining and food preparation areas using mandated procedures and following set schedules
• Wash dishes and utensils according to the required standards of practice

We know that mealtime for residents is an important, exciting part of their day. A Cook/Dietary Aide's primary responsibility is to be responsible, reliable, attentive, and positive towards our residents as an aide, as well as cook, prepare, and serve meals for our residents.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Set up the dining room and serve residents

Desired Experience and Education
