Job summary

Somerfield Health Center, a 5-star skilled nursing facility on the Heritage at Brentwood campus, seeks hospitality-minded Nutrition Servers/Dietary Aides to assist in preparing and serving meals to residents.

You will work under the supervision of the Food Services Manager and Registered Dietician, helping to ensure safe, sanitary dining operations, and assisting with setup, transport, and support across health center staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and nutrition operations in a health care setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving therapeutic diet meals, salads, and desserts in the health center
• Sets up and breaks down tables in health center dining rooms after meals
• Transports foods and supplies to and from the health center
• Maintains station equipment and work area in safe and sanitary condition
• Works cooperatively with other food and beverage and nursing staff to provide care and services to residents

Job Responsibilities
