Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a LTH Lead to educate members on Nutrition & LTH products, train staff, and drive supplement sales within the club. This is a supplemental role added to an existing PT team, with limited weekly hours.

The LTH Lead will mentor commission-based staff, coordinate with cafe teams, and host sampling events while maintaining exceptional member service. A passion for health and fitness and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Years of Experience: Background in nutrition, fitness, or related field; sales experience in health/wellness preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: CPR and AED Certified.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Sales Training & Education: Conduct engaging training sessions for staff on nutrition supplement products.
• Develop educational materials and presentations to simplify product knowledge.
• Conduct sampling events monthly.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with staff to promote nutrition supplements.
• Monitor sales performance and coach staff to maximize potential.
• Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels with cafe team.
• Assist in planning promotional campaigns and ensure staff readiness.
• Engage with members on the fitness floor and provide personalized recommendations.
• Gather feedback to refine product offerings and sales approaches.
• Collaborate with cafe team to align supplement sales with offerings.
