Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services (OCES) is seeking a Nutrition Program Specialist to oversee meal counts, supplier coordination, and data reporting. You will lead daily contact with the nutrition caterer(s) and analyze service deliveries to ensure program compliance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prepare multiple reports. A hybrid work setup is available and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business related field preferred; 2 years' experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving abilities.
• Computer skills including Excel; able to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, accurate meal counts, order sheets, and kitchen reports.
• Take the lead role as daily contact with the Nutrition caterer(s).
• Analyze service deliveries and other data elements.
• Independently prepare various reports to ensure program compliance.
• Recommend suggestions to improve process flow.
• Provide office coverage for Nutrition Supervisors.
• Participate in projects to assist management.

Nutrition Program Specialist

OCES is growing! We are expanding to 11 more towns covering the south shore area, including Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, etc. during this exciting time! OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services.
