Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and track all deliveries, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain proper food storage and FIFO stock rotation.
• Track inventory of delivered food, frozen meals, and supplies; notify the Site Manager or Administrator when reordering is needed.
• Assist with daily logs, paperwork, and reports.
• Heat and serve prepared meals; prepare dining room for lunch and clean afterward.
• Keep kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Assist participants with transportation and support staff with home‑delivered meal delivery.
• Act as substitute for the Site Manager when required.
• Maintain participant confidentiality.
• Count money and deposit voluntary contributions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Food Safety Certification to be obtained within first 4 months of employment.
• Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic clerical and manual skills (copying, filing, data entry, light mechanical tasks).

Physical Demands
