Job summary

Brinker International in Coppell, TX, seeks a Manager of Nutrition & Product Development to lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of nutrition and allergen programs, partnering with marketing, culinary and product teams to support menu innovation and wellness goals. This role is based in Dallas (Coppell) with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred; sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Culinary Nutrition or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in nutrition analysis, regulatory compliance or nutrition program management in restaurant/foodservice/food manufacturing.
• Experience building or managing nutrition labeling and allergen programs for multi-unit operations.
• Experience partnering with culinary teams and product developers to create or reformulate menu items with nutrition goals.
