Job summary

Associated Students, San Diego State University is seeking a Food Services Supervisor for the SDSU Children's Center. You will oversee meal planning, ordering, preparation, and delivery to classrooms, while ensuring CACFP compliance, safety, and cost control.

Qualifications

• CACFP knowledge and compliance with guidelines.
• Menu planning to meet CACFP nutrition guidelines and allergies.
• Maintain accurate weights and measures per CACFP.
• Proficient with Excel and Word for data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CACFP compliance and proper meal service.
• Create menus and place orders for foods and supplies.
• Monitor food costs and CNIPS meal data entry by month’s end.
• Oversee kitchen operations and safety, with staff coverage as needed.
• Document and report meal counts and reimbursements.
