Job summary

Qualifications

• One year working in Child and Family Development required.

• Experience in supporting families with nutrition needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains CACFP compliance and guidelines for the center.
• Creates menus and orders per CACFP guidelines.
• Ensures accurate weights and measures for foods served.
• Supervises kitchen staff and arranges substitute coverage.
• Monitors food costs and handles reimbursements documentation.
