Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Nutrition/Menu Services Manager for a remote US role. You’ll ensure nutritional compliance, manage recipe and ingredient data, and support research and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a registered dietitian with data accuracy skills and experience with culinary systems.

You’ll collaborate with culinary and operations teams to optimize databases, improve guest health outcomes, and drive regulatory alignment across menus and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3 years related experience in nutrition data, allergen requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing menu, recipe, and ingredient data in culinary systems.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across culinary, nutrition, and operations.

The ideal candidate will be a registered dietitian and will support ingredient and nutrition research along with strategic initiatives.We are seeking an organized, analytical professional skilled in nutrition data, allergen/diet compliance, documentation and food management systems.About the jobIn this detail-oriented role, you’ll be at the center of ensuring culinary data accuracy and nutritional compliance across systems and menus. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining and optimizing recipe, ingredient, and menu databases that drive operational success, regulatory alignment, and exceptional guest experiences.The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations.
