Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead clinical nutrition services as Clinical Nutrition Manager at Cambridge Health Alliance in Cambridge, MA. You will oversee daily operations, drive program excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will manage staff performance, develop talent, monitor budgets, and support client satisfaction while advancing nutrition care across departments and initiatives.

Formación

• RD/RDN eligibility via CDR and registration within 120 days of hire.
• Master's degree (or ACEND-eligible Bachelor's) in nutrition/dietetics with supervised practice.
• Management experience of 1–2 years.
• Related experience 1–3 years.
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at hire where applicable.

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a Clinical Nutrition Manager position with the Cambridge Health Alliance.

About the job

You'll oversee daily nutrition services, drive program excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. In this position, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, manage clinical operations, and support both team development and client satisfaction while making a meaningful impact on health outcomes.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $89250 - $115500

Requirements

• Education Requirement:
• Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines
• OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements.
• Management Experience: 1-2 years
• Related Experience: 1-3 years
• Credentials Requirement:
• Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.
