A Brief OverviewResponsible for preparation, cooking, service, and distribution of food in accordance with approved menus for patients/residents, employees and visitors.
What you will do:Meets standards established by appropriate leader for food preparation, quality, sanitation, and efficiency.
Delivers all products according to time schedule set for the specific item.
Makes recommendations to leader for all menus.
Completes daily assigned cleaning in accordance with approved standards.
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by utilizing the appropriate scripts developed for Nutrition and Food Services.
Ensures that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
Completes additional tasks as assigned.
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
Must be 18 years or older.
High School or GED Equivalent required.
Food service/cooking related education and /or training preferred.
