Responsibilities

• Staffing: assess and plan FTEs; assist with hiring and interviews.
• Budgeting: participate in annual budget; monitor department expenditures.
• Policies and procedures: develop and implement policies as needed.
• Regulations: ensure compliance with governing entities and licensing.
• Menus: plan patient, cafe, and catering menus in coordination with RD staff.
• Clinical operations: ensure quality dietetic services and staff competency.
• Delivery of meals and customer service: maintain high service standards.
• Quality improvement: lead projects to improve quality and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
