Responsibilities

• Serves, preps, cleans, restocks and cashiering for Mountainside Bistro.
• Maintains professional and welcoming conditions; re-stocks and cleans as needed.
• Follows HACCP and Health Dept guidelines; monitors temperatures and labels food.
• Operates cash registers and handles cash and other payment methods.
• Collaborates with team members to meet department and hospital goals.
