Sioux Center Health is seeking a Nutrition & Food Service Assistant to provide quality customer meals through snack and meal preparation, service, and cleanup. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must carry own automobile liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Operate the dish room and serving areas; prepare foods; inventory and service hot and cold foods.
• Record temperatures of hot foods, refrigerators and freezers.
• Assist with QA/OSHA records as required by law.
• Clean and store cafeteria items including dishes, flatware, utensils, and pans.
• Assist with catering setups, delivery, and retrieval of items.
• Maintain cafeteria inventory including restocking, pricing, labeling, and vending machines.
• Complete the daily cleaning schedule within department standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
