Job summary

FeedMore Western New York, Inc. is seeking a Nutrition Resource Manager to lead nutrition education and Farm Market operations across four counties. The role focuses on safe, nutritious food delivery and coordinating NYS HPNAP initiatives in nutrition and resource management.

The NRM will supervise staff, manage procurement and scheduling, and act as the liaison between Programs and Finance, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery to partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food service administration, community nutrition, public health, or equivalent.
• RD/RDN or at least two years of professional, community nutrition related work experience.
• Valid NYS Driver's License with access to vehicle and ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; excellent math, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organization and creative, independent problem solving skills with the ability to analyze information.
• Customer service focus, responsible self-starter with team-orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and interact with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Farm Market operations for a four-county region.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory management and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and HPANP policies.
• Supervise staff and interns, including performance management.
