Medi-Weightloss Orlando is hiring a Nutrition Counselor to coach patients, perform basic clinical tasks, and support a physician-led weight‑loss program. This full-time, in-person role requires excellent people skills, a passion for health, and willingness to train in medical assisting tasks.

You will work with a dedicated team and engage patients weekly to help them reach their goals. Starting pay is $18.00/hour, with room to grow based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must love helping people get healthy and stay motivated.
• Solid nutrition and exercise fundamentals; able to explain in plain terms.
• Comfort with phone calls and patient outreach in a fast-paced clinic.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using an EMR system.

Responsabilités

• Coach patients weekly in nutrition, exercise, and behavior change under physician supervision.
• Make daily outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, and re-engagements.
• Build authentic relationships to keep patients accountable and motivated.
• Assist clinically with vitals, injections, ECGs, blood draws, and metabolic testing (training provided).
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the EMR.
• Support providers to deliver high-quality patient care and clinic flow.
• Help with front-desk coverage, scheduling, and product/supplement sales.
