What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor enteral nutrition patients and manage supply inventory, ensuring timely delivery of necessary items
- Maintain current orders and track expiration dates, generating renewals and coordinating with prescribers
- Provide patients with appropriate formulary supplies and promote formulary conversions as needed
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding shipments and coordinate pump troubleshooting with relevant teams
- Participate in on-call ECOE rotation as scheduled by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and competency with Microsoft Office software
- Experience in organizing information and communicating with the public

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in enteral nutrition and coordinating product deliveries
- Knowledge of medical records, reimbursement processes, and nutrition
