Qualifications

• Certified dietary manager or meet Federal/State regulatory requirements.
• Experience documenting nutrition for post-acute care patients.
• Active licensure in the applicable state, if required.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough and timely nutrition documentation for each patient with interdisciplinary team.
• Direct food service staff to prepare and serve high-quality meals on time and at proper temperatures.
• Ensure patient diets ordered by physicians are prepared and served accurately.
• Order food and supplies and review deliveries for quality and pricing.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional attitude toward patients.
• Demonstrate reliability and regular attendance.
• Collaborate effectively on care plans with team and maintain confidentiality.
