CommonSpirit Health's Mercy Hospital in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Nutrition Assistant to deliver safe, efficient food services to patients and staff. You will prepare and deliver meal trays, assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety compliance.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong food safety knowledge, and excellent customer service to foster a positive dining experience for patients, visitors and staff, with duties that may include tray

Formación

• High school graduation or GED required at hire.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver patient and staff meal trays.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper labeling of food products.
• Handle serving in retail area or cashiering as assigned.
• Perform dishwashing and general kitchen clean-up duties.
• Support inventory maintenance and catering functions as needed.
