• Assist staff with food preparation and area set up as needed.
• Prepare snacks, salads and other cold items.
• Properly store utensils and supplies for patient and cafeteria areas.
• Clean kitchen, equipment and floor areas as assigned.
• Put away stock items and rotate, label and date items as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by lead or supervisor.
