Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• If a Food Handler Permit is a requirement by your state, you must obtain it within 30 days of hire or what is required by your state, county or local health code.

Responsibilities

• Assist in healthcare foodservice operations to ensure efficient service.
• Follow food safety standards, monitor temperatures, and prevent cross-contamination.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and menu, using kitchen equipment.
• Perform cashiering and retail service, bagging and delivering patient trays.
• Maintain labeling, storage, cleaning, and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
