The Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management at the University of Mississippi invites applications for a Nutrition and Hospitality Program Coordinator. This position provides comprehensive administrative, academic, fiscal, and operational support across the department, serving as a primary administrative backbone for NHM’s accredited academic programs, graduate programs, and Lenoir Dining facility operations. Working closely with the Department Chair, Graduate Program Coordinators, Undergraduate Program Directors, and faculty, the Coordinator advances student success, program quality, and accreditation excellence while ensuring seamless departmental workflows. Key responsibilities include coordinating graduate and undergraduate program administration, supporting accreditation compliance and student success initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between students, faculty, staff, and external partners. Additionally, this role oversees departmental procurement and fiscal operations, including managing the departmental P-card, processing budgets and purchase requisitions, maintaining physical inventory, and sourcing equipment, maintenance supplies, and classroom materials for Lenoir Dining in accordance with university policies.
