Job summary

Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a dedicated Nutrition Aide to support daily kitchen operations and patient meal service. This role focuses on dishwashing, tray assembly, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, basic reading skills for production sheets, and a commitment to teamwork and patient safety. Food handler certification is preferred and can be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions, production sheets, and menus.

Responsibilities

• Wash pots and dishes by hand or machine.
• Remove trash to compactor; keep kitchen and cafeteria clean.
• Deliver and assemble patient trays and carts.
• Assist with food production and meal delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces daily.
• Support team with department duties and safety practices.
