Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and refrigerators
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in the kitchen
• Carry out trash and maintain a clean, orderly pantry and kitchen area
• Monitor and document dishwashing temperatures and water cleanliness as required
