Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer programming and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Excel-based planning tools and web-based platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel-based Nutrient Management Plan tools (NMP, NBS, MMP).
• Develop and maintain program websites and web-based planning tools.
• Lead migration of tools to a web-based platform and coordinate with PAOneStop and partners.
