InsightFS, part of the GROWMARK System, seeks a nutrient management and precision farming specialist to support customers in the U.S. You will develop nutrient plans, coordinate soil testing, and bridge precision farming tech with field staff.

Travel and CDL/ATV experience are a plus, with growth opportunities in agronomy and agri-finance. Required: a Bachelor's in agriculture/agronomy/GIS-GPS/marketing and 1–2 years of related work; ability to obtain CNMP/CCA; valid driver’s license;

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Agronomy, GIS/GPS or Marketing related discipline; 1–2 years or more of related work experience
• Ability to acquire and maintain CCA and CNMP status
• Strong business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision making abilities

Responsabilidades

• Develop nutrient management plans and precision farming products.
• Organize precision Ag soil testing programs and procedures.
• Use computer maps to gather data on soil, crops, pests, and weather for customer needs.
• Act as liaison between precision farm technologies and company personnel.
• Assist crop sales specialists with precision farming meetings, interviews, proposals and presentations.
• Promote and follow credit policy; collect for sales of products.
• Conduct periodic training and communication meetings with employees.
