Adept Life Sciences, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Production Technician for the 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm, M-F). The role involves hands-on packaging, filling, and finishing of nutraceutical products on the production floor, adhering to cGMP standards, training on equipment, and preparing finished goods for shipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Lift up to 50 lbs and handle cases and pallets safely.
Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Maintain accuracy in pack counts and labeling.

Responsibilities

Perform pack-off duties: inspect bottles and place into master cases.
Inspect components for defects and correct application.
Fill bottles and assemble units to specification.
Pack, case, and palletize finished goods per requirements.
Load and monitor packaging lines, ensuring correct fill levels and seal integrity.
Refill hoppers to keep lines running smoothly.
Conduct in-process quality checks and remove non-conforming product.
Label and stage finished goods for shipment.
