Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with preschool-aged children.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Experience with lesson planning and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use technology (iPads) effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for Preschool students (age 3).
• Follow daily schedules and classroom routines.
• Implement monthly curriculum materials provided.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space.
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with lunch breaks.
• Use iPads to document and update children’s activities.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
