Qualifications

• California Teacher Credential required (CTC)
• ECE or infant care coursework required
• Knowledge of infant development, health and safety
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide attentive infant care

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing care for infants in licensed ECE setting
• Create developmentally appropriate activities for infants
• Support daily care routines: feeding, diapering, napping, hygiene
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming classroom
• Observe and document developmental progress (DRDP, monthly observations)
• Build relationships with families and communicate progress
• Collaborate with teachers and site leadership
• Follow California Title 5/22 regulations and BCM policies
