Job summary

UAB Medicine is seeking a dedicated nurse leader to advance nursing practice and patient outcomes within the WE CARE initiative. The role collaborates with the UAB Nursing Partnership and the Office of Wellness to influence culture and quality across the health system.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Nursing or a related field, with five years of experience, and an active RN license in Alabama. This is a fulltime on-site position in Alabama’s largest health system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field and five years of related experience.
• If Master’s is in a related field, must have a bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Support the WE CARE program and nursing service goals across the organization.
• Engage in education, quality, evidence-based practice, scholarly activities, regulatory affairs and research.
