Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and experience with data entry and order entry programs.
• Telemetry monitoring competency required with periodic recertification.
• Previous unit clerk or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, greets and directs visitors, patients, physicians, and staff with professional service.
• Provides telemetry monitoring support and notifies nurses of alarms and rhythm changes.
• Processes chart orders and updates nursing assignments and bed control as needed.
• Maintains medical records and ensures charts are complete and organized.
