Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants at our St. Peters post-acute facility. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care.

You will administer medications, perform charting, and supervise the nursing team to maintain safety and care standards. Active licensure, English proficiency, and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state.
• English language proficiency required for reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing assistant functions per facility policies.
• Chart nursing notes and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer medications and verify resident identity before treatment.
