Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current unencumbered nursing license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with laws and facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures by nursing personnel.
• Review and update nursing service procedures, charts, and discharge plans as required.
