Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience in a medical setting preferred.
• High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical functions for the nursing unit, including record keeping, maintenance of logs and chart organization.
• Notifies the nursing staff and/or nurse manager of pertinent patient information, including physician orders, laboratory or test results, and communication from other departments.
