Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado seeks a compassionate patient care technician for night shifts. You will prepare rooms for new admissions, greet patients, assist transfers, and support safe, efficient care within a team environment.

Only a high school diploma required with BLS/CPR, CPCT/A or CNA credentials. Strong English communication, basic computer skills, and meticulous documentation in the EMR are essential. Three 12-hour shifts per week with benefits from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms for new admissions and orient patients.
• Transfer patients with assistance.
• Ensure patient safety with lifting/transport.
• Document vital signs, intake/outcome and weights.
• Label specimens and send to lab.
• Promptly report changes in patient status.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and census.
• Respond to call lights and address patient needs.
• Maintain clean, safe patient environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living as ordered.
