Etowah Health and Rehabilitation in Etowah, TN is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to lead our skilled nursing team and ensure delivery of high‑quality patient care. You will oversee staffing, care planning, and compliance with regulatory standards to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in long‑term or acute care, Tennessee nursing licensure (RN or LPN), and strong leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or acute care.
• Active TN nursing license (RN or LPN) required.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Develop and implement care plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care planning and patient conferences.

• Monitor patient care quality and safety metrics; identify improvements and act.
