Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or acute care.
Active Tennessee nursing license (RN/LPN).
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, including hiring, training and evaluating performance.
Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards.
Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary care planning and patient conferences.
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
Monitor and report on patient care quality and safety metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with the administration team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
