Qualifications

• Accredited Nursing program required.
• ACLS/BLS certifications required for ICU, ED, PACU, Tele, OB, MHN areas.
• RN license (State of Florida) required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on assessments to optimize outcomes.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll and staff engagements.
• Maintains staff relations including performance management and satisfaction.
• Ensures quality of patient care and patient/family-centered care.
• Manages complaints and conflicts through to resolution.
