Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Coordinate resident care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other providers.
