Job summary

Optalis Healthcare (Health & Rehabilitation Centers) is seeking a Nurse Manager responsible for 24-hour accountability for resident care on an assigned unit. You will supervise licensed nurses and direct staff, ensure plans, and promote resident-centered care in line with the facility philosophy and nursing standards.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current RN or LPN license in Michigan, with 2+ years in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in-state is required.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance on the unit.

Required
